  Let me start by saying I love PNC Bank. They are great to me and my business. However the Synergy Drive branch is horrible. I had a problem a couple months ago with the manager being lazy and not wanting to do his job. As a result I had to call PNC in Pittsburgh after I had already spoke with them and was told he would be able to remedy the situation. After I spoke to them the second time and they called him I received a call within 10 minutes informing me the problem was taken care of. This past Saturday I was in to make a deposit and the teller was very rude(several other people have told me they were treated poorly by the same teller). She calls over the manager and he goes on to tell me that "every time I am in there is a problem". I am there at least once a week for my business. Doesn't seem like every time to me. He then proceeded to tell me that "if PNC is not meeting my needs that there are other banks". After wards I tried to speak to him and tell him that the past is the past and we need to move forward but also that I don't appreciate being told to leave PNC. Then once again he went into a rant that every time I am in there is an issue. Also he said that he did not tell me to go to another bank that he said "if PNC is not meeting my needs that there are other banks". Sound to me like he's saying to go to another bank. I will not be leaving PNC because it is a great bank and in 10 years of doing business with them him and the teller at his branch are the first bad employees I have ever had to deal with. I will just use the downtown Uniontown branch. It by far has the best employees. It is just a shame that I can't use a branch that is more convenient because of the poor management.
